Organising Events
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE PARTICIPATING AS AN ORGANISER:
By organising this event, you agree to the following terms:
1. Attendance at own risk
All participants, spectators, exhibitors, and visitors attend entirely at their own risk.
Jacks Hill Café accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from participation in or attendance at this event.
2. Vehicle responsibility
All vehicles (motorbikes, cars, vans, etc.) attending must be:
o roadworthy and safe
o fully insured
o taxed
o MOT-compliant (where applicable)
Users are fully responsible for the safe operation, movement, and parking of their own vehicles on site.
3. No racing, stunts, or dangerous behaviour
This is a static meet. Racing, excessive speed, burnouts, drifting, stunts, anti-social behaviour, or any activity likely to cause harm or nuisance is strictly prohibited. Anyone engaging in dangerous behaviour may be removed from the premises.
4. Personal belongings
Jacks Hill Café accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings, tools, equipment, or vehicles while on site.
5. Photography & media
By attending, you consent to photography and videography that may be used for event or promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be included, please inform the organisers in advance.
6. Children & vulnerable persons
Children must be always supervised. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their safety.
7. Respect the venue and staff
Please follow all instructions from Jacks Hill Café employees. Anyone acting in a threatening, abusive, or disruptive manner will be asked to leave.
8. Indemnity
By entering the site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event Jacks Hill Café from any claims, demands, losses, or expenses arising from your actions, conduct, or participation.
9. Stands or Otherwise
No stands should be food or drink serving. No food or drink on site except for that purchased through the Café itself.
No stands that fix to the tarmac or damage Jacks Hill Café ground or property.
10. Charges
All show vehicles are on site free and no organisers are to charge for such.
