Attending Events at Jacks Hill Café

1. I attend and participate entirely at my own risk.
   I understand that activities involving motorbikes and cars carry inherent risks, including accidents, injury, property damage, and other hazards. I voluntarily accept all such risks.
2. I am responsible for my own vehicle.
   I confirm my vehicle is roadworthy, fully insured, taxed, and MOT-compliant (where required). I accept full responsibility for my vehicle’s safe operation, movement, and parking on site.
3. I release the organisers and Jacks Hill Café from liability.
   I agree that the event organisers, staff, volunteers, and Jacks Hill Café are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from my participation or attendance, except where required by law.
4. I will behave safely and responsibly.
   I will not engage in racing, excessive speed, stunts, burnouts, drifting, or any behaviour likely to endanger myself, other attendees, or property. I will follow all instructions given by event staff and café staff.
5. I am responsible for my own belongings.
   I accept that the organisers and Jacks Hill Café are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, equipment, or vehicles.
6. I consent to photography and filming.
   I understand that photos and videos may be taken at the event for promotional and documentation purposes. I consent to being included unless I notify staff beforehand.
7. Medical fitness.
   I confirm that I am in suitable health to attend and participate in this event.
8. Indemnity.
   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organisers and Jacks Hill Café against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from my actions or conduct.
